Term of Service
1. GENERAL TERMS
- The rigger is not responsible if the client fails to read the Terms of Service.- The Live2D project files will be kept confidential.- Once the project is completed, no revisions will be accepted. Additional outfits or expressions can be added by rejoining the queue as a new order.- The finished work may be posted on YouTube, Twitter, and portfolio platforms after the client’s first public use, with proper credit to the artist and the client.- If you have any questions regarding usage, feel free to ask at any time.
2. PAYMENT
- Verbal reservations will not be considered as confirmed bookings.- Payment is accepted via Thai bank transfer only.- 50/50 installment payment is available: 50% upfront to reserve the slot | 50% after completion, before final delivery.- Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Briefing
- Minor adjustments to model parts may be made if the artwork is not clean or not suitable for rigging. If the file is not properly prepared for rigging, it may be sent back for revision.- If the model includes additional accessories or extra features, the client must clearly specify their requirements or provide visual references. If no reference is provided, it will be handled at the rigger’s discretion.
4. Procress
- The .PSD file will be reviewed for preparation quality. Adjustments may be made, or the file may be sent back during this stage if necessary.
- Once the file passes inspection, work will begin and you will be notified immediately.
- During the process, work-in-progress videos will be sent regularly for updates and progress checks.
- After completion, a final showcase video will be provided. The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.*After work has begun, a standard project typically takes 1–2 months to complete, depending on workload and personal circumstances at that time.
